the present 3939 features a possibly unique mother-or-pearl dial, a minute repeater and a tourbillon escapement all housed in a 33mm platinum case. it was made approx. 2010 and sold by christie's some years later.. the patek philippe tourbillon minute repeater 3939 was replaced by the 5539.
