Protection policy personal data

This Privacy Policy informs you of your rights regarding your personal data, how we collect and use data and cookies that could identify you, and how we use them.

1. Your rights with regard to personal data

WEWATCHES reiterates its commitment to scrupulous compliance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the "personal data protection regulations".

You have a number of rights which you may exercise at any time:

  • Right to delete or modify your personal data.
  • The right to ask us for a copy of this data.
  • The right to object to the processing of your personal data, in particular if it is not used for contractual or legal purposes - for example, in the context of marketing to improve the quality of our services.
  • Right to request the restriction of any processing of personal data.

2. Information collected by WEWATCHES

In order to provide you with the best possible service, WEWATCHES uses two types of data:

  • those you send us by filling in the fields:

a. Information collected automatically: Cookies on the Site

The Member may also register via his/her Gmail or Facebook account by authorising WEWATCHES to access the identification data provided on these sites and to use them as identifiers.

  • Your contact details / complaints : we keep a record of the exchanges we have with you when you contact us at the email address info@wewatches.com, as well as the reasons why you contacted us, which may include any complaints you may have relating to our Site.
  • Your comments : Members may comment on articles published on the Site, in compliance with the "Moderation" article of the General Terms and Conditions of Use.

3. The processing of your information by WEWATCHES

All the information collected under the conditions described above is never sold to third parties, nor exploited for purposes other than access to the Site, its use or its improvement.

They can be used in particular for :
